Shipping, Replacement & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Raspberry Crisp. We craft and curate master handloom & pure organza sarees with utmost care and dedication. We offer Free Shipping on all orders. Please review our replacement policy below.
1. Free Shipping & Delivery
- We provide Complimentary Free Shipping across all domestic orders.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hours and delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
2. 3-Day Replacement Policy (No Returns)
- We offer a 3-Day Replacement Policy for sarees received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. We do not accept general returns or cancellations once delivered.
- To be eligible for a replacement, the saree must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original saree folds intact, and all authentic tags/labels attached in the original packaging along with proof of purchase.
- Handloom Disclaimer: Subtle slubs, weave irregularities, and minor color nuances are inherent traits of authentic handwoven textiles and are not considered defects.
3. How to Request a Replacement
- Email our client care team at rasberrycrisp5@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Please include your Order ID, issue description, and unboxing photos/video.
- Our team will review your request within 24 hours and issue a Replacement Authorization along with return shipping guidance. Unauthorized shipments cannot be accepted.

4. Non-Replaceable & Custom Items
- Sarees with fall edging, pico, blouse piece detached/stitched, or any custom alterations.
- Custom made-to-order sarees or personalized orders.
- Items reported after the 3-day replacement window.
- Final sale/clearance items or gift card redemptions.
5. Replacements & Exchanges
Once your returned saree is received and passes quality inspection at our atelier, your complimentary replacement will be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. If the exact same saree is out of stock, you may choose an alternate saree or receive a Store Credit of equal value (valid for 1 year).
