Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with Raspberry Crisp
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Eligibility

Returns/exchanges are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered as verified after inspection. Minor weaving slubs and slight colour variations due to lighting/screens are not considered defects in handloom textiles.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original folds intact, all tags/labels (including Silk Mark, if applicable) attached, and returned in the original packaging with the invoice.

Timeline

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Dispatch the return within 7 calendar days after we issue return authorization. Returns without authorization may be refused.

How to raise a request

Email or WhatsApp: [support email] / [support number] with your Order ID, issue description, and clear photos (unboxing video preferred).

Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions before sending the item back.

Return shipping

Reverse pickup is available at select pin codes for approved defect/incorrect cases; otherwise, please self‑ship via a trackable courier and share the AWB.

Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the issue is confirmed as our error. International returns must be sent DDP (duties paid) or duties will be deducted from refunds.

Inspection and outcomes

All returns undergo quality inspection on receipt. If approved, you may choose:

Replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

Refund to the original payment method, or
-
Store credit of equal value.

If a replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund or store credit. Store credits are valid for days unless stated otherwise.

Refund timelines

Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after inspection approval and typically reflect within 7–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

Fees and deductions

Original shipping and COD charges (if any) are not refundable unless it’s our error.

For international returns, any inbound duties/taxes we incur will be deducted from the refund.

If applicable, a nominal restocking fee of [₹150] per saree may be deducted (not applied when it’s our error).

Non‑returnable items
-
Sarees with fall, tassels, edging, blouse detached, any stitching/customizations, or made‑to‑order pieces.

Sale/clearance items and purchases made using store credit, unless defective on arrival.

Preference‑based issues such as colour/texture expectations or buyer’s remorse without a confirmed defect.

Exchanges (optional—delete if not offered)

One‑time exchange for colour/design preference within [2–7] days of delivery if unused with tags; customer pays shipping both ways unless it’s our error; subject to stock availability. If no suitable option is available, we can issue store credit.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Prepaid cancellations may incur payment gateway charges. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Packaging for returns

Repack in original packaging with invoice and all tags; ensure folds remain intact. Transit damage due to inadequate packaging may invalidate the claim.

International orders

Colour variance due to device/display is not a defect. Preference‑based returns are not accepted for international orders. Customs/duties on returns are borne by the customer or deducted from refunds.
